COISOIMPER offers plants for the production and packaging of POLYTECH® THERM, POLYTECH® MP and POLYTECH® bag.

POLYTECH® THERM is a thermal insulating plaster with polystyrene beads and is produced and packaged with the BMP system.
POLYTECH® MP is a lightweight concrete premixed bag with polystyrene beads and is produced and packaged with the BMP system.
POLYTECH® bag is polystyrene treated with TECH additive and packaged from the CD1 system.

BMP

Plant for the production and packaging of POLYTECH® THERM and POLYTECH® MP.
BMP is composed by automatic loading, dosing and mixing systems of the raw materials and bagging into specific bags.

The production capacity is 90 bags/hr of 50 lt each.

Bags are manually placed on the pallet, but is possible add an automatic palletizer and pallet wrapper.
