KOMPATTO R16 is the new version to produce densities between 200 and 1.600 kg/m³ and is equipped with the new system of  monoscrew pump, reinforced mixer and doors, to prevent dust and water from getting into the electrical devices.
The  KOMPATTO R16 series presents various versions:

• R16 Basic – version without anti dust doors, for the production up to 10 m³/hr
• R16s – version for the production up to 10 m³/hr
• R16x – for the production up to 12 m³/hr
• R16xp – version for pumping in vertical, with max production capacity of 6 m³/hr
• R16xl – version for pumping in vertical, with max production capacity of 11 m³/hr
• R16 DELUXE – for the production up to 17 m³/hr

K250 is similar to KOMPATTO R16, with smaller dimensions and lower weight.
The maximum production capacity is 8 m³/hr and is mainly used for the production of:

K250 presents 3 versions:

• K250 Basic – version without anti dust doors, for the production up to 4 m³/hr

KOMPATTO XB is the complete factory system used for the production of CLC blocks or POLYTECH® blocks
Version XB is not equipped with the single screw pump, but with manual or hydraulic opening to unload the material into the moulds.

KOMPATTO XB can be equipped with optional to increase production and automation.

Machine with mixer and monoscrew pump designed for the production of POLYTECH®, the EPS lightweight concrete.

Mp1 was designed with top quality components to provide reliability on site and presents 2 versions:

• Mp1 v3 for the production up to 12 m³/hr of POLYTECH®
• Mp1 v3x for the production up to 14 m³/hr of POLYTECH®

Mp1 can be combined with all our GSAB foam generators, to produce also CLC.

Similar machine to Mp1, with smaller dimensions and lower weight, for a maximum production capacity of 4 m³/hr.
Mp250 has a 250 lt mixer and wheels for moving, ideal for mixing and pumping POLYTECH®, the EPS lightweight concrete.

MP250 can be combined with all our GSAB foam generators, to produce also CLC.

Machine for the continuous production of CLC.

Designed to work in simultaneously with Truck-mixers that pre-mix the slurry (water/cement), PK-TM can produce up to 35 m³/hr thanks to MiV System that mix slurry and foam continuously.

PK-TM is equipped with hopper, foam generator, MiV system and monoscrew pump with electronic control for the density of CLC.

With the adding of a mixer, the machine can work independently.
