The additives for POLYTECH® series is composed by:
– TECH: liquid additive with dosage 1 Kg/m³
– TECH S: concentrated powder additive with dosage 80 gr/m³
– TECHPOL: liquid additive to produce POLYTECH® bag
TECH additive is a liquid solution of anionic surface-active agents with neutral PH, to make POLYTECH®, the lightweight concrete with polystyrene beads, for high thermal and acoustic insulating power.
TECH additive, ensure an accurate mixing of the concrete with the polystyrene (EPS) avoiding the separation and sedimentation.
Moreover, it also increases the mixture volume, avoid the problems of shrinking and related consequences as: cracks and deformations, without modifying curing times of concrete mixture.
Packaging: 1.000 kg tanks, 200 kg Drums, 20 kg cans.
Dosage: 1 kg/m³
TECH S is a concentrated powder to make POLYTECH®, the lightweight concrete with polystyrene beads, for high thermal and acoustic insulating power.
TECH S ensure an accurate mixing of the concrete with the polystyrene (EPS) avoiding the separation and sedimentation.
Moreover, it also increases the mixture volume, avoid the problems of shrinking and related consequences as: cracks and deformations, without modifying curing times of concrete mixture.
The powder does not require a pre-processing, is added directly into the mixer after the water.
Packaging: 10 kg bucket. (Maximum quantity in a pallet cm 120x100x175 h: 70 buckets = 700 kg = 8.750 m³).
Dosage: 80 gr/m³.

The series is composed by:

– DSP AG: powder that retains water, used for slopes in FOAM CONCRETE .
– COISO HP: compound for the production of CLC SLABS HP.

DSP XM allows to produce the fluid self leveling screed CLC HD and TECHLIVEL, giving and high compressive strenght to glue directly the tiles on top the lightweight concrete screed.
Advantages using DSP XM:
– Increasing of fluidity making the screed self leveling
– Makes easier the leveling of the material and the pumping even with high density
– Increasing of compressive strenght
– Reducing of drying times
– Prevention surface cracks and shrinkage
DSP XML allows to produce the fluid self leveling screed CLC HD and TECHLIVEL, giving and high compressive strength to glue directly the tiles on top the lightweight concrete screed.

– Makes easier the leveling of the material and the pumping even with high density

Powder additive that retains water and reduces the rheological properties of the CLC, allowing the production of slopes also in CLC.
Advantages using DSP AG:
– Decreased fluidity of the CLC
– Retains water, reducing dripping
– Possibility of throwing on wooden attics
Using COISO HP, the slabs have the following characteristics:
– High compressive strength
– Resistance to impact
– Flexural strength (during the filling of CLC between the two slabs)
– Tear resistance (for fixing wall units)
– Fire resistance and protection to steel frame
– Lightness and good thermal insulation
